Folkstyle
- Ideal for Youth and High School
The foundation of high school and collegiate wrestling in the U.S. — focused on control, escapes, and riding time.
FReestyle
- Great for developing agility & Technical Precision
An international style seen in Olympic competition — emphasizes exposure points and explosive technique.
greco-roman
- Perfect for advanced technique and competitive edge.
An upper-body-focused style that prohibits attacks below the waist — demanding strength, balance, and discipline.
